單機(jī)頭雙系統(tǒng)機(jī)型。此機(jī)型配備了先進(jìn)的起底板裝置和切夾紗裝置。通過分段控制,可調(diào)節(jié)的牽拉轉(zhuǎn)速,滿足各種不同織物組織的牽拉需求,完成復(fù)雜花型的編織工作。
配合兩側(cè)的切夾紗裝置,有效的減少了紗線的浪費(fèi),提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
機(jī)器具備全新的控制系統(tǒng),可升級(jí)至自動(dòng)編排32把紗嘴的花型,并同時(shí)自動(dòng)調(diào)整這些紗嘴的編織停放位置而不會(huì)出現(xiàn)任何問題。
系統(tǒng)可以完成在同一行中多把紗嘴的合并編織工作,不但提高了生產(chǎn)效率,而且同時(shí)也完成了諸如嵌花和織可穿等復(fù)雜花型的編織工作。
此機(jī)型還具備動(dòng)態(tài)線圈密度功能,可以使密度馬達(dá)在花型的同一行編織過程中,調(diào)節(jié)線圈密度的大小。同時(shí)具備的動(dòng)態(tài)機(jī)器速度功能,可以機(jī)頭在花型的同一行編織過程中改變它的運(yùn)行速度。這項(xiàng)重要的創(chuàng)新功能,使得生產(chǎn)時(shí)間減少了20%。
全新的控制系統(tǒng)可以在共用一個(gè)服務(wù)器的前提下,在各機(jī)臺(tái)之間建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接。利用這項(xiàng)功能,我們就可以在機(jī)器間進(jìn)行花型的傳輸和共享,以及查閱各機(jī)臺(tái)生產(chǎn)控制的數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告。
